  • I ordered lunch for my family at Mannat Sitara Dhaba, Pipli at 1130 hrs on 26 Feb 2022 . After an array of multiple reminders to the manager and the waiters, the food was served (a delay of almost an hour). The food thus served was unpalatable and the paranthas were soggy. This killed the appetite of my family. When I complained about this to the manager (Mr Ganesh), he was very rude and instead of apologising, he made it a point that it was our mistake to order the food (He said that the tandoori paranthas are so soggy because you never asked for crispy ones. What a silly excuse to cover up ?). Never seen such a buffoon of a manager in such a reputable chain of hotels (Mannat group of hotels). We also ordered an item which was never served until we brought it to the notice of the manager. But this time he said “Shayad bhul gaya hoga, WAIT KARO… aajayega”. The manager (Mr Ganesh) didnt even had the basic courtesy to apologise for the mistake. I request the management of Mannat group of hotels to take strict action against the manager and do the needful to prevent further deterioration in the services offered by Maanat Sitara Dhaba, Pipli. Till then, I would never recommend this place to someone who is looking for a good time with family.
